I'm absolutely loved my nursing career, and I'm proud to say I still hold my nursing registration today. As I moved into more senior NHS roles, I found myself naturally drawn to managing and developing people - there was something deeply satisfying about helping others grow.
Back in the 90s, I trained as a Counsellor, and then in the early 2000s I became a Clinical Supervisor and Mentor. By 2007, I was hungry to learn more, so I took a 5-day coaching skills course. That's when I discovered I had a real gift for helping people breakthrough their barriers. I was good at it, and I wanted to dive deeper.
My curiosity led me to pursue a PG Cert in Business and Executive Coaching, followed by a Post Graduate Diploma in Coaching Supervision. Yet I still felt there was more to explore. I kept hearing about Neuro Linguistic Programming and Time Line Therapy, and something inside me knew I needed to understand these approaches.
So I jumped in with both feet - first as a Practitioner, then Master Practitioner. During my training, one of my fellow learners looked at me and said, "I can see you as a trainer." Those words sparked something in me, and here I am today!
I'm now a Certified Trainer of NLP, Hypnosis, Time Line Therapy® and NLP Coaching, accredited through ABNLP, ABNLP (Coaching Division), TLT®Association and ABH. My journey has taken me from the hospital wards to helping people transform their lives, and I'm absolutely thrilled to welcome you to my website.

My career started in IT, delivering large-scale projects before I moved into sales and marketing consultancy. I worked across finance, manufacturing, transport and hospitality sectors, learning what makes businesses tick. When I was headhunted to become MD of a startup, I discovered my real passion lay in helping others unlock their potential.
That's when I dove deep into personal development, becoming a Certified Trainer of NLP, Hypnosis, Time Line Therapy and NLP Coaching. In 2024, I graduated with a Professional Diploma in Marketing and now work as a Marketing Strategist for a leading certification body.
Here's what I've discovered: most business owners are brilliant at what they do, yet they struggle with the fears that hold them back from real growth. Whether it's the terror of speaking on camera, presenting to potential clients, or simply picking up the phone to close a deal, these fears cost businesses thousands in lost revenue.
I've helped business owners overcome fear of public speaking so they can confidently present to their ideal clients. I've worked with entrepreneurs who were terrified of being on camera but needed video content to scale their businesses. I've supported people through driving test anxiety, flying fears, and even helped expectant mothers approach childbirth with confidence rather than terror.
My approach combines practical business growth strategies with the psychological tools that remove the blocks stopping you from implementing them. I host the Business Growth Podcast and deliver training in public speaking, sales, and business development.
The result? Business owners who finally feel confident putting themselves out there, attracting the clients they deserve, and building the profitable, sustainable businesses they've always envisioned.
